"Delivery Experience on a Sunday"
On November 8, 2020, I was supposed to get my delivery from a third-party service. I spent the whole day at home waiting, but no package showed up. You can guess how frustrated I was! I called the company and spoke with the manager, Mr. Donya, who was super patient and understanding. As he promised, my delivery finally arrived on Tuesday. Big thanks to him for going the extra mile and putting customers first! However, the warehouse manager on that Sunday was quite rude, and I expected better behavior from someone in her position. As a customer, I’d really appreciate it if you could avoid vague time slots like 3 to 6. Just saying, I’ll be around no later than six so I’m not stuck waiting all day. Also, if a delivery is missed and no one’s home, a note on the door would clear up a lot of confusion. Once again, huge thanks to Mr. Donya for saving the day!
