"On Sunday"
On Sunday, November 8, 2020 I was to receive my delivery from cons third-party... I sat home all day waiting for the delivery, no delivery. So you can imagine me being upset, I call cons and I spoke with the manager Mr. Donya Who is very patient and understanding on Tuesday as he promised my delivery came through thank you for going above and beyond for taking care of customers and remembering customers come first... The warehouse manager on Sunday was very rude and I thought as being a manager she would’ve handled herself a lot better. As a customer I would appreciate you not seeing the time from 3 to 6 I’m just saying I’ll be here no later than six so the customer is not waiting all day... or if you should make a delivery and no one is home put a note on the door that would illuminate mass confusion... again thanks to Mr. Donya, he saved the day.
